Phil is an electrical engineer. He has held various senior operations and engineering management positions in Australasian food and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

Phil has had considerable experience in the field of project management. While working for Bonlac Foods Ltd in Melbourne as Eastern Region Operations Manager he led the successful commissioning of a $150M greenfield facility, completed on time and within budget.

• Innovative process enhancement – delivery of low cost, high value outcomes, using holistic process evaluation methods.
